Sandro Rosario is the Founder and CEO of ParkEastMusic LLC, an independent music marketing, promotions, and artist development company specializing in the Latin music industry. With more than two decades of experience, Rosario has established himself as one of the industry's respected independent promotion executives, known for developing strategic radio, digital, publicity, and branding campaigns that help artists build sustainable careers and achieve commercial success.

Through ParkEastMusic LLC, Rosario works closely with Platoon, supporting promotional campaigns for some of the company's emerging and established talent, including Latin superstar Lenny Tavárez and acclaimed producer and recording artist Golden. His company also serves as the marketing and promotions partner for GoGo Music LLC, overseeing promotional strategies for its flagship roster, including salsa legends Charlie Cruz, La Makina, Zafra Negra, and rising urban sensation Yonvg Manota.

In addition to representing partner labels, ParkEastMusic LLC continues to develop its own roster of emerging talent, including bachata recording artist Ralphy Dreamz, known as the "Bad Boy of Bachata," and Dominican urban recording artist Luciente, while actively expanding opportunities for independent artists throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
